We believe responsible business begins with clear values. Our Code of Conduct outlines the principles that guide our operations and the expectationswe have for our suppliers and partners.

It’s based on internationally recognized standards for human rights, labor 
rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

We are committed to high safety standards and decent working conditions. At  the same time, we are actively working to reduce our CO₂ emissions and  optimize resource consumption. Our products only exist because of our  dedicated employees – which is why we invest in their well-being, work  environment, and development. We expect our partners to do the same so we  can strengthen the value chain together.

To ensure a structured and transparent approach to sustainability, we use the internationally recognized EcoVadis platform to evaluate our ESG performance. Last year, we improved our score from 34 to 50, earning the “Committed” badge – a testament to our dedication to responsible business practices.

Our goal: to achieve the Silver Medal by 2026.

EcoVadis provides an objective benchmark and helps identify areas for 
improvement. By working systematically with these evaluations, we continue toenhance our processes and meet the highest standards.
