Process mapping and optimization at Posti
Based on the collaboration and mutual success with the extensive implementation of the Treco Solitaire Robot, Posti asked TRECO Postal to support Posti in holistic sorting process development by mapping the sorting processes related to Treco Solitaire Robots and code production.

Result
The project is still on-going. Right now, the current state process map is done, and we are continuing with the future state. The process map will be utilized in several ways:
